TRI-LOGIC & LSM: BUILDING A HIGH-TOUCH WASTE EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT NETWORK ACROSS FRANCE

When a business invests in waste equipment, they’re not just buying a baler – they’re relying on a partner to keep their operations running smoothly, safely and sustainably for years to come.

In France, that partner for hundreds of businesses is Tri-Logic, an independent distributor of LSM balers and compactors with a distinctly local, service-led model.

Founded in 2008 and with a network across 7 regions, Tri-Logic covers the whole of France with a team of over 20 providing a responsive and personal touch you’d expect from a local supplier.

A nationwide team of Engineers and Account Managers positions Tri-Logic perfectly to service a wide range of customers from single site user to large companies with multiple sites and recycling and waste management companies.

Their mission is simple: help customers save money, time, and space while improving their ecological impact. To deliver this mission Tri-Logic an agile, collaborative partner which led them to LSM.

“LSM is a trusted responsive partner we can rely on to provide quality and customised solutions for our clients”

Fabrice Mouilleseaux, CEO, Tri-Logic France

WHY TRI-LOGIC CHOSE LSM:

When considering potential waste equipment partners, Tri-Logic needed a partner that could provide innovative, durable and sustainable waste management machine solutions. The quality and ease of use of LSM baler range has been key factor for Tri-Logic’s customers.

“LSM’s machines stand out for their robust quality, reliability and ease of use.”

Maxime Jarzaguet, Deputy CEO, Tri-Logic France

They also needed a partner that could be responsive to their customer’s needs and could provide innovative customised solutions when required.

ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS AROUND REAL SITES

Together, Tri-Logic and LSM have developed tailored waste equipment modifications that make difficult sites workable and safe. Two recent examples highlight this collaboration:

These kinds of adjustments help Tri-Logic say “yes” to customers where others might walk away.

PARTNERSHIP IN PRACTICE: CONSTANT COMMUNICATION

Their relationship between Tri-Logic and LSM is built around close and constant communication and shared problem-solving. Annual in-person meetings bring teams together to review performance, discuss new products, and align on strategy.

As Tri-Logic describes it, they feel like part of the LSM team, not just a distributor in the field.

A CONSULTATIVE, SERVICE-FIRST APPROACH

Providing an appropriate solution to clients with the backup of quality service and training is what makes Tri-Logic stand out.

Site Audits:
Every new engagement begins with a free audit, where a Tri-Logic specialist visits the site to assess current waste flows, container and collection usage. Cost time and space-saving opportunities are identified and Tri-Logic recommend a suitable machine solution from the LSM range. This consultative approach ensures an appropriate waste management solution is provided to match the client’s needs and that can be scaled as required.

A key advantage of Tri-Logic’s model is the flexibility for customer’s to change machine if another model is deemed to be more suitable to meet their changing needs.

Servicing & Safety:
Once machines are installed, quarterly safety and service inspections are conducted. These visits ensure the equipment is compliant, safe and performing optimally.

In addition, Tri-Logic is highly responsive to service requests and aims to respond to queries within 24 hrs and arrange calls outs within 3 days. Over time, these inspections become relationship touchpoints, where Tri-Logic can spot emerging needs for customer’s such as upgrading to a larger baler.

Ongoing Training:
For every installation and service visit, Tri-Logic offers operator training and refresher sessions. This helps customers improve safety and compliance, reduce misuse and downtime and manage optimal machine performance.

THE LSM WASTE EQUIPMENT LINE-UP

Tri-Logic offers a wide range of LSM Vertical balers to meet the needs of customers which can be purchased or rented.

For food outlets and hospitality, Tri-Logic also offers the LSM BP1100 Bin Packer and LSM BP240/360 Bin Press, helping customers compact general or food waste directly into wheeled bins, reducing collection frequency and improving hygiene.

Tri-Logic understands that when a baler or compactor stops, operations feel it straight away. That’s why they hold a full inventory of spare parts and consumables — including strapping and bags — to guarantee:

This commitment to stockholding keeps customers protected from long lead times and reduces the risk of extended downtime.

SPOTLIGHT: V16 LSM BALER – WASTE MANAGEMENT AT INDUSTRIAL PUMP MANUFACTURER

An industrial pump manufacturer needed to manage cardboard and plastic waste and to reduce waste volumes and improve time management.
Solution:
Three hydraulic V16 balers were installed, chosen for their ability to handle large volumes and compact full-size cardboard. The balers were strategically positioned in key production areas of the site, to compact waste at its source and enhance overall sorting efficiency.
