Established in 1997, LSM is an independent Irish company that provides industry-leading waste solutions to customers and distributors around the globe.

Our world view is simple: manage our waste better, make our world better. That’s why we’ve dedicated the last two decades to innovating and engineering the most reliable and efficient waste balers available, so we can help our customers better manage their waste compaction, disposal and recycling.
All LSM machines are designed and manufactured at our cutting-edge facility in Portlaoise, Ireland, where we can customise individual machines as well as large waste solutions for our global customers. With our focus firmly on reliability, efficiency and innovation, and with 20 years of experience behind us, we work closely as a team to endeavour to make the world’s best balers.
The hiring of two Graduate Design Engineers, a Financial Controller and an Operations Manager in this company has been co-funded by the European Structural and Investment Funds Programmes 2014-2020 and Enterprise Ireland under the Border, Midland and Western Regional Operational Programme. Aims: (a) Producing detailed technical drawings and Bills of Materials for all machines; and (b) Document in detail the production processes and design improvements that will accommodate a 75% increase in production capacity by December 2021; and (c) Provide a full time financial controller and operations manager. Results: The Projects are ongoing.
